Bonneville Wrestling Tournement

Dylen got third today.

We were a little disappointing at the effort he put out today, which, wasn't his best.

But, I hope he learned from that and at the next one he puts his heart and mind into it.

Christmas Time

Scott and I took the kids to see the Christmas lights again this year.

 They love going every year. 

Even if most of the scenes  are still the same.

We stopped in at Ground to warm up and then we wondered around 25th St. for a while to see what is new in the area. So many new little shops have popped up.

Bountiful Tournament

Dylen Placed Third today. We had a great time.

Just wished we didn't have to drive so far for the tournament.

It always seems to wear him out.

Fremont Wrestling Tournament

 Dylen's second tournament of the season he won gold.

He won his first match by pin in 35 seconds,

 He won his second match by points.

He also wrestled against his friend Cyrus in this one.

 He won his third match on a technical fall.....

or a mercy rule.

They all wrestle at diffrent clubs, but enjoy hanging out at tournaments.

Dylen Wrestling

Dylen started wrestling again two weeks ago.

Last week he was asked to start with the Jr. High boys.

His 9 to their 12+.

He now will be going every day of the week with them.

He lost his first tournament this season.

Placing fourth against a you man, who is ranked #25 in the Nation.

Wow. 

Coaches and Scott both said he did a great job with him.

They just wished he would have shown the same pizazz, in the first two matches.

Kaya Turns Six Today

 My parents got Kaya a gift to go with what we got her this year.

A pretty purple helmet for ridding her new bike.

We looked all over town for bikes.

No one had a good selection in her size. 

We didn't want anything to girly and something that would last her a while in her taste.

We looked at Wal-mart, Shopko, Target, and Toys R Us.

Nothing!

 After spending several day's on the internet, 

looking just about any where and every where in the surrounding areas,

 I found this cutie at K-mart in Layton.

It was the last one in stock anywhere.

Glad I didn't procrastinate on this gift.

Thanksgiving 2012

 We started Thanksgiving morning with a 15+ Flag football game.

Our church puts one one every year for the local church campuses.

 Even our younger boys got a little play time in on their own game.

Then on home we went to get showered and finish deserts for our family dinner at our In-laws house.
