Kindness Graduates!

 Kindness has been living with us for almost two months now.

She already has her associates degree from Weber State.

 Thursday she graduated from high school.

 Today she moved out and is heading up to Logan to work my uncle and cousin.

She will be starting collage up there in the fall any way.

It's a little sad to see her go already, but, she is doing what is best for her.

Pirates Win Game #6

 Dylen and Dakota's team won game #6.

That puts them 3-3.

 Dylen took two hits during this game.

One to his shoulder, and one to his bottom.

Two games left.

Lets hope we make the playoffs!

Engery Dance Performing Arts Day

 Kaya's first performance with Energy Dance.

Kaya started dancing with them this Fall when she was asked by her friends

Fara and Emree.

 She has enjoyed the time she's gotten to spend with the girls.

On to a New Chapter for Kaya

 Kaya's last day of Pre-school was Thursday. 

They teachers and helpers put on a swim party for the kids!!

 Kaya said she had so much FUN!

 Friday they did her graduation ceremony.

For the first time in her life she acted shy.

We all wondered what was wrong with her.

 We asked her later in the evening, and she said she was worried everyone would laugh.

We explained that everyone was laughing because they were doing funny songs.

No one was laughing at them to make fun of them.

Baseball Bame #4

 Dylen's team lost their fourth game.

 But, at least they put some effort into the game tonight.

Now they are 2-2

With any luck they can win the next few.

Baseball Game #3

After playing great and winning two games,

the boys just didn't bother to play yesterday.

Boo!

None of them had any hustle, or drive!

 Multiple time's they watched balls roll past them.

 Dylen struck out with out even trying to swing the bat?!? 

What happened to the boys drive and enjoyment?

They lost seven-ish to one.

They are a great group of kids,

 but all of us (parents) were disappointed to see them not even try to play the game.

I don't know if it was just to hot, or they were all looking forward to school getting out and forgot that they still have baseball for two more weeks. 

And no team is just going to hand them a win.

I hope to see them in it to win it Wed.

Mothers Day 2012

For Mothers day this year both the kids made me cards at school.

Boy were they cute!!!

Kaya was all hand made, while Dylen's was more of a poem.

Scott got me flowers and a card. 

Such a sweet heart!!!

At church the kids made me more cards.

We also got to spend the day with my husbands whole family.

We had sandwiches and salads for dinner, the perfect day for it!

I let the kids go swimming also.

They've been dying to go for the last few months but the pool water has been to cold.

They were in and out all day because it still wasn't warm enough yet.

But, they got to go swimming and that's all they cared about. Hahah!

BASEBALL Season 4 - 2012

Our team played a scrimmage game against the football head coach's team Saturday before our first games.

Boy do both teams need to work on some things.

I will get more detailed later but the Pirates have won both games 6-5!!!
